I help bring the best out of organizations. This can take the form of strategic consulting, foresight, organizational or program design, or even product development. My favorite work starts with broad storytelling, and works toward and through executable strategy.

With large organizations, I develop reports, host workshops, and create immersive experiences that bring my global view across business models and technologies more effectively into their business. I help them think broadly and innovate. Organizations I have worked with in this capacity include Walmart, Procter and Gamble, United Rentals, Kellogg Company, Zenity (China Fortune Land Development), Bose, and others.

With smaller organizations or startups, I usually play a more hands-on role, designing programs or products that are targeted and specific, but bring to bear a wider cross-industry context. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty and will do whatever needs to be done.

For conferences, I give keynote speeches and host workshops. Examples include Go Viral Kazakhstan, Shenzhen Mass Innovation Week, and Social Good Brazil

I work in ad-hoc engagements, but I almost always prefer ongoing relationships. Creating long term relations of trust that deepen over time always generates more value for everyone.
